Magnetic stir bars offer fast mixing action with high turbulence, greater stability, and less drifting at higher speeds. They perform well with all problem liquids, highly viscous mixtures, metal particles in fluids, and round (convex) bottom vessels.

Bars come in two lengths, 32 and 52mm (11/4 and 2.0"). Each is designed as a 8mm diameter bar with solid, color-coded, 20mm diameter, Teflon* resin end discs. Packed in a reusable container.
