Dual channels permit monitoring two separate probes. Dual display simultaneously shows the temperature of both probes or the temperature of one probe as well as the difference between probes (T1-T2). Large display is 3.5cm (13/8") high.

Serial RS-232 output allows the thermometer to be connected to a computer or data logger for capturing and keeping results. Memory recalls maximum and minimum readings. Hold button freezes display for reading later. The thermometer accepts all Type-K thermocouple probes.

All Type-K probes may be used with liquids, air/gas, and semi-solids. Stainless steel probe has a 22.9cm (9") stem with a 3mm (1/8") diameter attached to a 102cm (401/8") cable. Beaded probe is 1.5mm (1/16") in diameter and features a 1.2m (4') fluoropolymer resin cable. The low-temperature stainless steel probe has a diameter of 4.3mm (3/16") and features a 30.5cm (12") stem with a 12.7cm (5") handle. Low-temperature probe is supplied with a 2.4m (8') expandable cable. High-temperature probe has a 3m (10') braided metal wire cable, a smooth tip, and a diameter of 5mm (3/16").

A serial numbered certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA to indicate thermometer traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
