Personal-sized microcentrifuge dries one or two microarray slides in as little as 10 seconds without splashing. Reusable cassettes catch liquid from the slides as the rotor spins. Centrifuge quickly accelerates to maximum speed and stops quickly. When the power switch is in the “on” position, the rotor automatically begins spinning as the transparent lid is closed; rotor stops when lid release button is pushed.
