The 1cm (3/8") high LCD digits display current, minimum, and maximum of ambient or probe temperature with the time/date they occurred, time of day, and month/day. Sensor with 182.9cm (6') cable performs accurately even when both are under water. Features high-impact ABS housing. Thermometer with special bottle probe (21800-076) is specifically designed for refrigerator and freezer applications.

A serial numbered certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA to indicate instrument traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
