Automatically cycles both temperature and illumination for accurate simulation of diurnal conditions. Two externally-mounted 24-hour timers independently control temperatures and lighting in 15-minute increments, simulating a diurnal cycle. A typical cycle could be an 8-hour day (heat and light), 16-hour night (cold and dark).

Microprocessor temperature control is precise to 0.1°C. Calibration to a reference thermometer can be done easily on the keypad control. Unit features independent over-temperature safety protection, digital display and adjustable leveling feet. The one Amp interior electrical outlet allows use of shaker, stirrer, or other apparatus. Equipped with 1/3hp compressor. Four 122cm (48") white fluorescent lamps (included) are vertically mounted in the incubator door.
