Models are ideal for large volume drying applications as well as production processes. Optimal temperature uniformity and recovery are provided through blower-assisted one-pass air flow without temperature over-shoot. A turbo blower system and a heavy-duty motor direct air over the shelves over samples.

A 7.6cm (3") exhaust port with adjustable damper provides the ability to alter drying, curing or baking time by allowing more or less air to pass through the oven. Exhaust port is located on the left side of unit for easy access.

The easy-to-read LED digital display ensures stable control without temperature over-shoot. Microprocessor controller will retain temperature and time setpoints in the event that power is lost. A built-in over-temperature safety protection is independent from the main controller, and will prevent temperature overshoot in the unlikely event that the main controller fails.

Design features include heavy-duty, fully adjustable door latch and hinges. Oven interiors are stainless steel. Perforated stainless steel shelves are adjustable on 1.3cm (1/2") increments. Wrap-around insulation provides excellent heat retention, while eliminating seams in the insulation which cause hot spots. Ovens have a highly resistant, environmentally-safe, durable powder-coat paint finish.

Unfiltered power exhaust accessory (52202-530) is available for fast drying, to exhaust fumes from the lab, or to pull moisture out of high-temperature samples. Can be operated at the end of program for fast cool down, or during all or part of program. If attached, power exhaust can be activated by the controller.

Ordering Information: Supplied with six stainless steel shelves and adjustable leveling legs. Hardwiring required.
