Scale is engraved on the thermometer tube for greater accuracy. Easy-reading thermometer is held in place to cup case by spring clips and can be replaced without tools. Thermometer length: 355mm (14"). With 1° divisions. Cup case is molded out of sturdy, black, heat-resistant plastic that withstands chemical action of petroleum products and aromatic hydrocarbons. Capacity of cup is 120mL, which meets API and ASTM requirements. Withstands temperatures up to 300°F.
