Digital clock keeps accurate via a radio signal directly from the world’s most accurate clock: the atomic clock at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Boulder, Colorado. The radio signal automatically adjusts for a.m./p.m., 24-hour time, day/date, daylight savings time, leap year, and leap seconds (earth rotation wobble corrections). Ideal for recording receipt of samples, noting the exact time an event occurred, supporting documentation, maintaining ISO 9000 certification, and providing a standard for a location’s other clocks. Clock features a backlight for viewing in total darkness. An alarm increases in volume until turned off. LCD displays time in 1.3cm (1/2") high digits that are readable up to 3m (10') away. Temperature and day/date are displayed below the time.
A serial numbered certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA to indicate instrument traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
