Thermometer provides recessed front panel adjustable offsets on two channels, allowing for exact adjustment to a specific temperature or sensor for increased accuracy. Large 1.9cm (3/4") display shows temperatures of first probe, second probe, or the difference between the two probes. Maximum button captures highest reading achieved, while hold button freezes display to capture a current reading.Thermometer uses all Type-K thermocouples and features a built-in stand for lab bench use. Rubberized case protects from virtually all weather, shock, and abusive conditions.

All Type-K probes may be used with liquids, air/gas, and semi-solids. Stainless steel probe with handle has a 15.9cm (61/4") stem with a 3.3mm (1/8") diameter fitted to an 8.9cm (31/2") handle. Beaded probe is 1.5mm (1/16") in diameter and features a 1.2m (4') fluoropolymer resin cable. The low-temperature stainless steel probe has a diameter of 4.3mm (3/16") and features a 30.5cm (12") stem with a 12.7cm (5") handle. Low-temperature probe is supplied with a 2.4m (8') expandable cable. High-temperature probe features 3m (10') braided metal wire cable with a smooth tip and measures 5mm (3/16") in diameter.

A serial numbered certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA to indicate thermometer traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
