CF485 goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) 2 mg/mL is prepared by labeling IgG with CF485. Emission wavelength is shorter than AF488 by 7nm which allows better spectral separation from a red dye in microscopic and less bleedthrough in the FL2 channel in flow cytometers when excited by 488 laser line.
