This compact laminar flow module can be used for horizontal or vertical laminar flow. Self-contained module provides a ISO Class 5 (FED-STD-209E Class 100/M3.5) environment when used with the aerosol challenged HEPA filter. Welded steel cabinet with corrosion-resistant finish. Includes a solid-state speed control with RFI suppression. Perforated aluminum diffuser screen protects the HEPA filter and maintains uniform air velocity within the work area.
